    Early Life and Education

    Reinhold Richard Priebus was born on March 18, 1972, in Dover, New Jersey, to Richard Priebus, a German-American, and Dimitra (Rula) Pitsilos, a Greek-American.

    His mother worked as a real estate agent, and his father was an electrician. His middle name, "Reins," is a shortened form of his grandfather's name, Reinhold W. Priebus.

    Priebus attended Pleasant Prairie Elementary School and graduated from George Nelson Tremper High School in 1990.

    He earned a B.A. in English and Political Science cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1994 and a J.D. c
